About Satesh Vasu

I’m Satesh Vasu. By day, I lead operations and customer care in the telecommunications space. In practice, that means I spend my working life inside the machinery of large organisations, watching how tech rollouts, corporate bureaucracy, and frontline people actually collide. When you spend years seeing how decisions get made and how often common sense loses out to process, you naturally build up a backlog of things worth talking about.

Outside the office, my mind usually runs in a few specific directions: tinkering with tech projects, observing local culture, and paying close attention to where our community is heading.

The website is simply my personal notebook for all of it. It isn’t a media outlet, and there is no editorial calendar here. It is an unfiltered record of things I think are worth documenting, written from the perspective of someone living and working through it: a Malaysian Indian with a foot in the corporate engine room and an ear to the ground.

I don't expect everyone to agree with every perspective here, and I am not writing to sell consulting hours or win popularity contests. If you appreciate practical observations and honest takes on how things work around here, you'll find plenty to read.
